 The Lambda Little Sisters are a diverse group of strong young ladies associated with the brothers of Lambda Phi Epsilon. It is program developed by the brothers as a support system for the fraternity. At the same time, it gives the opportunity for college ladies to be able to experience part of greek life, even though Lil Sis is not a sorority. Why should i join Lambda lil sis? As a lil sis, you can still focus on priorities and outside life. Many ladies have to juggle school, work, family, and friends already as it is. Being a lil sis does not consist of too many commitments, yet gains some of the benefits of a sorority status. Being a lil sis, you get to bond with brothers of Lambda Phi Epsilon and you can personally benefit alot for yourself. It benefits academically because you have the help of a support system. The social benefits such as meeting new people, being able to attend national convention in different parts of the United States, free admission to parties, a connection to the greek community, participating in events, including community services, mixers, and fundraisers. All of which are just the surface of it all, because a deeper meaning personally is the ultimate benefit. |
